We are a residential/commercial demolition company that services Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware and the surrounding areas. Making sure your demo phase is clean and completed in a timely manner is our very first priority. We approach each job with the highest regard to safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Our Head of Demolition has over 25 years in the industry offering you the assurance you need to ensure your demo phase is running smoothly. Some of the sites he’s overseen include The Reading Terminal Market, The Marriot Hotel on Market street, The Philadelphia Inquirer, PSFS and The Dupont Nemours Building in Delaware just to name a few. Each of these sites range in square footage from 250,000 to 1.1 million. Some of his skills include working alongside operating engineers to remove structural items, electricians for temporary power/diffusing hotspots and plumbers to provide temporary water where needed. Our Pricing is typically determined by the square footage. With Commercial jobs, in your instance the price is always subject to change IN YOUR FAVOR. We are more concerned with building a long-term relationship that is synergistic and mutually beneficial for both of us.
